Here’s how you can escape the endless hustle and enjoy a day just for you and other busy mums (and, of course, busy non-mums). Join us at the beautiful Longwood Farm to pause and reconnect with nature’s rhythm through Yoga and Ayurveda.
What to Expect: Outer and Inner Cycles
Morning Yoga Session: Dedicated to nature’s cycles on the outside, we prepare for the approaching autumn with a Yoga session to reduce heat and draw the focus slowly inward. Learn Ayurveda’s approach to the summer-autumn transition.
Ayurvedic Vegetarian Lunch: Yummy, nourishing, simple meal prepared according to Ayurvedic principles.
Walk through the woods: Feel the grass underneath your feet, smell the trees and flowers, and breathe in the fresh air.
Breathing and Discussion: Learn how to harness the power of your breath to maintain calm and focus. Learn how to adapt to the inner cycles, from the summer of life to the autumn, from periods to perimenopause to menopause.
Restorative Yoga: Wind down with a session focused on relaxation and renewal to help you feel grounded and refreshed.
Connection: Spend your day surrounded by like-minded souls, share experiences, and form new friendships.
