But instead, you feel tired, heavy and sluggish every morning, this sucks.

No matter what you eat, you feel bloated. You’ve tried all the diets and detoxes in the world, but nothing seems to work for you. It’s deflating.

You’d love to cook for your family and yourself freshly every day, even with the best intentions, there seems to be not time enough time, or you are not confident enough to cook. Whatever the reason, it makes you feel like you are a bad mum.

Something needs to change, but where to start? This course is designed for you!

Here’s What You Will Learn:

Establish Nourishing Eating Habits: Align your diet with your daily commitments and unique needs.

Structured Lifestyle Changes: Organise your day and seasonal activities to support your constitution.

Confident Meal Planning: Prepare meals ahead of time with ease.

Effective Morning & Evening Routines: Set yourself up for the entire day, no matter what lies ahead.

Adapt Your Yoga Practice: Modify your exercises according to the seasons and your body’s requirements.

Community Support: You are not alone in this. Cooking and sharing meals keep you connected and supported.

Your journey begins with a one-on-one call to address your current lifestyle and dietary issues, followed by nine weekly group calls every Thursday evening. These sessions offer a platform to share experiences, ask questions, and explore deeper topics like stress management, menstrual health, and weight loss.

Of course, we also address the elephant in the room. Your habits! Habits don’t just switch miraculously, right? That would be too easy! They need time, determination and perseverance. Our private podcast, just for this course, helps you stay on track with implementing your new routines and goals every day.

Meet Katja

Twenty-two years ago, I founded Zest for Yoga, and since then, Yoga and Ayurveda have been integral to my life. As a Yoga teacher and Ayurveda Diet & Lifestyle Consultant, I help busy, health-conscious women manage stress, anxiety, and confidence issues by providing practical tools and life skills from Yoga and Ayurveda.

My mission is to help busy working mums who struggle with stress, anxiety and confidence to take charge of their health by introducing the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda & Yoga into their modern lives.

My Journey:

I faced a significant health challenge with ulcerative colitis and found that Ayurveda and Yoga were my paths to recovery. I overcame this condition by changing my diet and lifestyle and incorporating Ayurvedic herbs. Now, I share these life-changing practices with others.

“I FELT AS IF THE COURSE WAS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED ONLY FOR ME.”

“The most transformational for me were the lifestyle changes which were introduced to me every week. I felt as if the course was specifically designed only for me. I took the learning home to my family, and I could see prominent positive changes in their behaviours.”

Still not too sure?

Rolling with the seasons is like swimming downstream. The seasons come in a particular order, and so do the days.

The seasons come in a particular order, and so do the days. Flowing with nature comes naturally and preserves your energy. Working against it is like swimming upstream, which wastes your energy, like eating heavy meals late in the evening, going to bed late, or eating salads as your main meal in the autumn and winter.

BUT: I come home late and want to stay light at lunch; there’s nothing I CAN CHANGE!

What if I said these are just habits you have created? And if I would tell you that tweaking your routines to eating a substantial lunch and earlier in the evening are only habits you can create? Habits are interchangeable!

Maybe knowing the reason behind these changes would help you!

The effects of swimming against the stream are familiar to you. You experience them as:

  • Feeling heavy, sluggish and tired in the morning.

  • Feeling too tired to exercise or decide on what to eat.

  • Snacking because you don’t know what to cook or are hungry after meals.

  • Binge eating.

  • Never seeing any improvement, whatever you try.

  • Feeling bloated, your gut won’t stop grumbling no matter what you eat.

  • Experiencing long-term constipation or diarrhoea.

  • Battling hives and eczema, which seem to flare up constantly.

  • Brain fog: your brain can’t remember things,

  • Getting worked up, snapping or shouting at kids and your partner over small things.

  • Everything feels too much and overwhelming.

  • Menstruation is irregular, missing, with heavy bleeding, painful, PMS, etc.

Do they sound familiar? Yes! Then this course is for you!

Here are the new habits:

  1. Join and get your copy of the roadmap so you know where you’re headed.
Get access to coaching and support whenever you need it
(and you’ll have access to the private podcast so that you won’t miss a thing.)

  2. Start eating regular meals at the same time each day.

  3. Start cooking for yourself and your family.

  4. Get to bed and get up early.

  5. Develop this I CAN mindset.

This is how you’ll do it:

Food: providing shopping lists, simple recipes, cooking videos, and meal plans.

Seasonal Balance: teaching how to identify causes of common seasonal ailments and how to prevent them.

Sleep: Tips for better sleep and creating evening routines.

Integration: step-by-step integration of your new practices into your life and family.

Mindset support: develop a positive mindset and spot old, unhelpful patterns.

And heaps of resources:

  • 9 weeks of video or audio content.

  • 9 weekly group calls to get your questions answered.

  • Weekly handouts, food plans, menu planning templates & tracking charts to download and print to keep track of your progress and have information handy.

  • Ongoing access to the course material for the lifetime of this course.

  • Ongoing access to the community to ask questions and exchange experiences and ideas.

  • A free 60-minute consultation at the beginning of the course to discuss how to structure the time best to address your needs.

  • A private podcast for mindset support.

Wait! That’s not all!!!

  • Two fun sessions where we cook and eat together (all online).

  • Access to a growing “Become a confident Ayurvedic Home Cook” video library.

  • Meditation and breathing practices (optional but strongly advised).

  • Seasonal Yoga videos, including tutorial videos on Surya Namaskar (salute to the sun) morning practice and Chandra Namaskar (salute to the moon) evening practice.

  • Join our annual online Autumn Cleanse.

“The course helped me break my aversion to cooking, which isn’t something I naturally enjoy. I learnt about food as a concept of ‘nourishing the mind and body’, and this has been transformational in how I now approach food preparation for my family.”

— Anjalee P.
