In 2000, I founded Zest for Yoga. As a dedicated Yoga teacher and Ayurveda Diet & Lifestyle Consultant, my mission is to inspire busy women struggling with stress, anxiety & confidence to take charge of their health with the support of Yoga and Ayurveda.

  • During the last week, we created a plan to set you up for the future.
