They say that joining a Yoga teacher training programme is the start of a journey! And it is true.
We pick you up at the stage you are at right now, and together, start layering up your skill sets.
Skills such as breaking down and teaching Yoga postures, creating sequences, and designing sessions and courses are introduced over time.
Developing the confidence to stand in front of a class and lead a session, finding your voice and words to instruct Yoga postures and weaving in themes starts in the group's safe space, where all students support each other through encouraging feedback.
Indeed, there are requirements for you to be ready to take this leap.
