That's why we're excited to offer you our monthly free Restorative Yoga session, a time of tranquillity amidst the chaos of everyday life.

At our Restorative Yoga session, we invite you to learn the art of rest. Through the use of props which are available in the house, gentle poses, and soothing breathing techniques, we'll guide you to tap into the rest mode of your nervous system, allowing your body and mind to unwind and release tension. It's the perfect way to recharge and nourish your physical and mental health.

But that's not all! Did you know that when our nervous system is in rest mode, it's also in digest mode? That's right! By taking the time to slow down and relax during our Restorative Yoga session, you'll also improve your digestion and allow your body to absorb nutrients more efficiently. It's the perfect combination of relaxation and nourishment.

So, come and join us every first Sunday of the month from 7.00 - 8.00 pm, and immerse yourself in the restorative power of yoga. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a gentle flow of poses and breathing techniques, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and ready to take on whatever life throws your way.
