Ready to Move from Passion to Profession?

Are you ready to take your Yoga practice to the next level and become a certified Yoga teacher?

Imagine

You change the lives of your students with your own Yoga sessions, workshops and retreats.

You teach groups, individuals, or corporate in-person or online with confidence and true to your own style.

Ok, you think that you are not good enough and standing in front of people freaks you out?

No doubt this is a big step, but you got this…

  • Headstands and bending like a pretzel: Not mandatory.

  • All eyes on you? We will burst through those public speaking fears so that you can follow your passion easily and gracefully.

  • Time and money gremlins got you down? Let’s grab them immediately and put them in their place - as easy as corralling cats.

  • They say that joining a Yoga teacher training programme is the start of a journey! And it is true.

  • We pick you up at the stage you are at right now, and together, start layering up your skill sets.

  • Skills such as breaking down and teaching Yoga postures, creating sequences, and designing sessions and courses are introduced over time.

  • Developing the confidence to stand in front of a class and lead a session, finding your voice and words to instruct Yoga postures and weaving in themes starts in the group's safe space, where all students support each other through encouraging feedback.

  • Indeed, there are requirements for you to be ready to take this leap.
