Join this introductory session to receive an overview over our Back to Balance course.

This course is all about using the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda to transform your eating and lifestyle routines to support your health and happiness.

In this eight-week online course, you'll learn the basics of Ayurveda, set up your Ayurvedic kitchen, and balance the qualities of the seasons with suitable food and spices, lifestyle suggestions, and yoga.

The course will also cover self-care practices, planning and preparation, and seasonal detox.

Expect weekly one-to-one and group coaching to address present issues related to your lifestyle and digestion.
