Ojas Balls
Here is a simple recipe for energy-giving, nourishing and super tasty Ojas balls:
Ingredients:
1 cup Medjool dates
1 cup oats
1 cup almonds and/or cashews nuts
2 tbsp raw cocoa (or cacao nibs)
2 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
Add nuts to a food processor and whiz until fine chunks
Add cocoa & oats (and any other powders you want to add) - whiz again
Add dates and coconut oil and process until rollable - add more coconut oil if it needs
Roll into balls and chill.
