Join Us for a Relaxing 4-hour Workshop: Yoga, Cook, Eat, Relax

 

Looking for a refreshing break from your routine? Our 4-hour workshop, Yoga, Cook, Eat, Relax, is designed to help you unwind and recharge. It is a great opportunity to take time, learn something new, and enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

 

What to Expect:

 1. Gentle Yoga Session

 We start the workshop with a gentle Yoga practice that will help you stretch out and relax your body. You practise a series of poses aimed at releasing tension and promoting flexibility. Suitable for all levels, this session will leave you feeling refreshed and at ease.

2. Simple Ayurvedic Cooking Class

 Next, we dive into the world of Ayurvedic cooking with a hands-on class. Learn to prepare a simple, delicious meal that is both nourishing and easy to make. There will be an introduction to basic Ayurvedic principles, ingredients, and techniques that you can use at home. The food will be vegetarian, both in the venue and in my kitchen, nuts might have been stored.

 3. Enjoy a Nourishing Meal

We cooked, so, of course, we also need to eat the food. We sit down and enjoy the meal. This is a chance to savour healthy, tasty food and experience the benefits of mindful eating. Share this meal with others in a relaxed and friendly setting.

 4. Relaxation Session

 Finish the workshop with a calming relaxation session. You can unwind completely through restorative poses, guided breathing and a guided relaxation. This session is designed to help you release stress and leave feeling peaceful and rejuvenated.
