The energy centres of our body, the Chakras, have always been intriguing. They are invisible, illusive, mystic, colourful & powerful.
7 main Chakras are situated along our spine from the very base, our tailbone, the Mooladhara Chakra, to the crown of the head, the thousand petal lotus, the Sahasrara Chakra.
During this 2,5 hrs session we are going to journey our way up through these 7 centres, exploring their significance for our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Experience the Chakras through Yoga postures, the flow of the breath, visualising their shape, chanting their seed mantra.
Discover the natural evolution from our basic needs to our spiritual development.
What you can expect:
· A short introduction into the Chakras.
· A Yoga sequence to help you connect to the individual centres.
· Guided breathing.
· Chanting of the seed (bija) mantras, you can either participate or listen and visualise the shapes and colours.
· A deep relaxation to let all settle in.
The Chakras can support our wellbeing through their connection to different organs and hormonal glands.
