Eat for Your Dosha

  • Zest for Yoga community close Ickenham United Kingdom (map)

You love Ayurveda, finds it super interesting, until you get the food list.

This is too strict, I can’t do this, no,, I am not allowed to eat tomatoes any more.

So, either don’t even start your Ayurveda routine or you give up after a few days without reaping the benefits of Ayurveda.

We are eating several times a day, that’s why food is the first port of call to bring changes towards balance.

So, I would like to shed some light into the whole process.

In this one hour masterclass you are going to explore

  • the basics of Ayurveda,. This is relevant for you so you get the why behind it.

  • why food is important, not just because otherwise you starve.

  • when to eat, why is that equally important.

  • the importance of hot water.

This masterclass is for you, if you are interested in getting to know Ayurveda a little better and would love to start understanding the reason behind all recommendations.

How it works?

I will give you a short introduction into Ayurveda so you know how these food lists come about.

Once you sign up, you receive an ayurvedic health questionnaire which you fill in before the masterclass.

There will be time to ask questions, to make the most out of our time together, you can send in your questions beforehand.

I am totally excited about this and the following masterclasses. Ayurveda and Yoga hold so many answers for us to understand how to live our life and why, so we stay healthy and energised, without following the latest fads and diets. After all, Ayurveda teaches us how to live a long and purposeful life.

Are you interested in staying healthy to live a long and purposeful life? Remember the first port of call, the food that eat that impacts your mood and wellbeing every single day. Food list might play are part in it, but other aspects are equally important.
