  • enjoy three delicious, home-cooked meals (nourishing soups, no starvation!).

  • ayurvedic herbs to support the cleansing process.

  • daily self-care rituals.

  • follow guided Yoga and breathing practices.

  • receive daily check-ins and group support for motivation


Who is the cleanse for?

  • Cleanses are beneficial for all body types and if you experience any of the above-mentioned imbalances, such as congestions of chest, airways or sinuses, allergy flare ups, sluggish digestion, feelings of heaviness.

  • And everyone who would like to rebalance and re-align with the priorities in life.

  • In general, cleanses are not advised for children, during pregnancy and postnatally. If you are ill, the cleanse might need adapting. Contact me for clarification.

A cleanse pushes our buttons. We can’t eat what we want and when we want it. Habits are being exposed, frequent snacking, intake of caffeine etc.

How do I know if I need a cleanse?

Will I be fasting or going hungry?

No! This cleanse is not about deprivation. You'll enjoy three warm, nourishing meals daily—mostly light soups and kitchari—to support digestion while eliminating processed foods, caffeine, and sugar. We aim though to feel hungry before the next meal to strengthen the digestive fire.

What foods will I be eating?

The cleanse includes warm, easy-to-digest meals, such as:

You'll avoid heavy, cold, processed, and sugary foods to allow your digestion to reset.

Yes! The cleanse is designed to be flexible and practical. You'll get:

Do I need special herbs or supplements?

Herbs are optional but can enhance the cleanse. These herbs support the digestion of the toxins like Triphala and Neem to scrape ama from the tissues. You can get Ayurvedic herbs from Dr. Deepa Apté’s range with a 10% discount if you choose to include them.

Can I drink coffee or tea during the cleanse?

For best results, avoiding caffeine and replacing it with warm herbal teas is recommended. This helps reduce dependency on stimulants and allows your body to reset naturally.

Can I still exercise while cleansing?

Yes, but gentle movement is best. You'll have access to yoga and breathwork videos to support the cleanse. Avoid intense workouts, as your body will be in a detox mode.

Who should NOT do this cleanse?

Cleanses are not recommended if you are:

🚫 Currently ill or recovering from an illness
