I have found the past 3 years both engaging and fun…
I loved the way she used practical aids…
Much as it was tough, I also really valued the thorough marking of essays! This made me dig REALLY deep. Also encouraged me to reflect and understand the writings such as the Yoga Sutras, The Upanishads, Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Bhagavad Gita better.
Meeting Katja and the other students was a highlight each month and being put through our paces in the practical sessions. I have definitely come out the other end a different person and am very grateful for the learning that I have received.
