I have enjoyed coming to Katja’s yoga for many years and love her approach to exercise, meditation and relaxation. I always take something new from the session, be it physical or emotional and that is why I keep coming back. The way she teaches has evolved with her own development and ours, so that it is always fresh. Katja also does the best massage. She has great technique and a calm, positive manner. Katja has also offered me, and many other people, lots of practical advice in Ayurvedic workshops, antenatal and postnatal yoga. She is incredibly knowledgable and has seen me through the birth of my two children. Little did I know when I started antenatal yoga 8 years ago that I would get so much more out of it than some stretching and flexibility!
