Pregnancy Yoga strengthens the body helping it to cope with the increasing weight. We are using plenty of opening movements to increase general mobility, particularly in the hips. The different breathing techniques that we use are relaxing and destressing the mind, and are potentially very helpful throughout labour.
The sessions are helping your body to accommodate pregnancy and serve as excellent preparation for labour and birth. You are welcome to join from 14 weeks onward until birth. No prior yoga experience is required.
