Suitable after the 1st trimester, from 14 weeks onward. No prior yoga experience necessary.
These sessions help your body to accommodate pregnancy and prepare it for the time of labour and birth. We work on opening the hips, strengthening the back and the legs, all is interwoven with suitable breathing techniques.
Pregnancy Yoga is also meet other mums-to-be.
These sessions need to be booked through the Hillingdon Leisure Centre directly.
