This session is for women only, having their health in mind.

The session is suitable for all. All my sessions focus on moving from a place of strength. As a women you need to work even more on strengthening your body as you are progressing through life in order to strengthen and support the bones to enjoy health and vitality.

Breathing is an integral part throughout the practice and aids to focus and relaxing/de-stressing the mind and nervous system and with that your brain.
