This session is a combination of about 1 hr of Hatha Yoga to release the stress and tensions of the week with about 1/2 hr of restorative yoga encouraging a deep relaxation which gets you ready for the weekend ahead. Restorative Yoga is a passive form of yoga, during which the body is supported by bolsters, blocks, belts. This offered a deep relaxation for your nervous system, reducing stress and increasing your energy.
The session is suitable for all. Asanas can be modified to every body’s need.
