This session focuses on yoga with women’s health in mind. We are working towards strengthening the body through weight-bearing asanas to help maintaining strong bones. The aim is to create flexibility through that is based on strength. The accompanying breathing helps the mind to focus and relax.
The session is suitable for all. Asanas can be modified to every body’s need.
