1st Ickenham Scouts
This session offers an active first half with either a more dynamic practice or a more in-depth practice focusing on gaining a better understanding of the different asanas. During the second half the focus shifts to a restorative practice where the body stays passive and supported through bolsters, blocks and belts.
The aim is to allow your to let go the busi-ness of the week with releasing physical tensions, tightness and stiffness through the active practice, and to allow the mind to unwind and still through a supported practice.
All levels are welcome.
