Of course we can go through our years and see what they bring for us, and this can be perfectly ok.
Yoga is a lot about bringing structure. Structure into our body and our mind when we practice postures and lead the breath in a focused way.
Usually our mind is like those idle leaves with plenty of ideas running around, but not many we follow through.
I would like to invite you to bring structure to those ideas, or this one idea that you really would like to see happening, with the help of Sankalpa – finding the right phrasing that gives strength to that important thought or idea so that it doesn’t stay just that but rather becomes reality.
Wouldn’t that be great???
